Domestic & GCC Shipping (Oman and Gulf Countries)

 


We partner with Nool Logistics for fast and reliable deliveries across Oman and the GCC.

 

  • Delivery Timeframes:

     

    • Oman: 1–3 business days

    • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

     

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment via the Nool app or website.

  • Coverage: Nool delivers across major cities and towns in Oman and the Gulf.

 

 


 

 

International Shipping

 


For countries outside the GCC, we use trusted international couriers such as DHL, Aramex, or other carriers depending on destination and availability.

 

  • Delivery Timeframes: 5–14 business days depending on the country.

  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which must be paid by the recipient.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

 

 


 

 

Processing & Handling

 

 

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all tracking details.

  • Delivery addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a complete and accurate street address.

  • Unreachable areas: If your location is outside delivery zones, we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery or a refund.

  • Shipping company policies: Please note that delivery timelines, terms, and handling procedures may varydepending on our shipping partners (e.g., Nool, DHL). Fushi is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.
